FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to methods of producing titanium-based bone implants with bioactive coating. For this purpose, a porous base containing titanium, is covered with 12-14 % aqueous suspension of hydroxyapatite during 2-3 seconds. Then the material is placed in 2-3 %-water suspension of hydroxyapatite and impregnated in vacuum at 2·10-10÷9·10-10 mm Hg in three by five pulsation mode. Ratio between the pulse duration and pause is 3-5 to 10-15.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple method for producing biomedical porous titanium-based material, ensuring uniform and strong coating of the entire volume of the pores of the material and maintaining biological activity of hydroxyapatite.
