FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to a method for producing biomedical material. Method of producing a biomedical material comprising applying a hydroxyapatite on a metal base and subsequent treatment with ultrasonic radiation, wherein the base is placed in 35–45 % aqueous suspension of hydroxyapatite and treatment with ultrasonic radiation is performed at ultrasound intensity of 10.0–13.9 W/cm2 and frequency of 35 kHz at T = 40 °C for 0.5–1 hour, wherein treatment is repeated 3 to 5 times with intermediate drying of product in air for 1–5 hours.
EFFECT: method of producing a biomedical material based on porous metal materials is technologically simple, which enables to preserve biological activity of hydroxyapatite and achieve uniform and durable coating not only on the surface, but throughout the entire volume.
