FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Fruit sauce contains pumpkin seeds extraction cake, water, cherry plum puree, quince puree, sugar and salt, boiled in said mixture to dry substances content of about 22 %, dill seeds, cloves, coriander, red hot pepper and black hot pepper, wherein composition additionally contains beet, black radish, CO2-extract of birch leaves, CO2-extract of horseradish, blackthorn berries puree. All components are taken at a certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce a fruit sauce, in which pumpkin seed taste is reduced without changing its adhesion properties.
