FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and relates to technology of producing sauces. Method envisages pouring water and maintenance for swelling ground pumpkin seed extraction cake, mixing with cherry plum puree, plum puree, quince puree, sugar and salt, boiling till dry substances content is nearly 22 %, adding dill seeds, coriander, red hot pepper, as well as CO2-extract of birch leaves, CO2-extract of horseradish - at 0.03-0.04, product is then packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: use of method enables reducing smack of pumpkin seeds in product without changing its adhesion properties.
