SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and relates to technology of producing sauces. Preparation of sauce comprises pouring water and holding for swelling ground pumpkin seed extraction cake, mixing with cherry plum puree, plum puree, quince puree, sugar and salt, boiling till dry substances content is nearly 22 %, adding dill seeds, coriander, red hot pepper, extract of currant leaves, product is then packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: obtained sauce has reduced after-taste pumpkin seeds without changing its adhesion properties.
