SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of obtaining an immobilized library of randomly fragmented double-stranded nucleic acid fragments, as well as solid supports for use in the above methods. Also the following is disclosed: a composition for use in the above methods containing a solid support and one or more reagents that reduce the binding specificity of CRISPR/Cas9 enzymes to a nucleic acid.
EFFECT: invention can be used to create nucleic acid fragments for use in various processes, including massively parallel sequencing of nucleic acids.
