SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding/decoding. Disclosed is a method of decoding a video signal. Method includes a step of receiving information on transform bypass mode corresponding to a current block, wherein information on transform bypass mode indicates transform bypass mode for current block. Further, method comprises entropy decoding of information on information on transform bypass mode, obtaining of difference transform coefficients related to current block from video signal. Method also includes obtaining inverse-quantised difference transform coefficients by performing inverse quantisation of difference transform coefficients.

EFFECT: high efficiency of decoding video signal.
