FIELD: video equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding / decoding technologies. Method of decoding a video signal is disclosed. Method comprises the step of obtaining difference transform coefficients related to current block from video signal. Further, according to method, difference quantized transform coefficients are obtained by performing inverse quantization of difference transform coefficients. Based on thus determined bypass mode, derivation of difference block related to current block is performed, by using inverse quantized difference transformation coefficients of current block. In this case, if the thus determined bypass traversal mode is two-dimensional transformation mode, difference block related to current block, are obtained by performing inverse transformation of inverse quantization of difference transform coefficients, and inverse transform is performed using a discrete cosine transform (DCT) or discrete sine transform (DST).
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of decoding video signal.
