FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding/decoding technologies. Method of decoding video signal is proposed. Method comprises the stage of the bypass mode information decoding during a conversion indicating the bypass mode during the conversion for the current block. Next, obtaining from video signal the difference conversion coefficients related to current block, as well as producing of the passed inverse quantization conversion difference coefficients by performing of the difference conversion coefficients inverse quantization. Further, based on the decoded information on the bypass mode during the conversion determining the bypass mode during conversion for the current block from number of one or more possible bypass modes during the conversion. At that, one or more possible bypass mode during the conversion includes at least one mode from number of a two-dimensional conversion mode, a horizontal prediction mode, a vertical prediction mode, or a mode without conversion.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of decoding video signal.
