SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of image processing and can be used for video signal decoding. Method comprises steps of obtaining difference transformation coefficients relating to a current block from a video signal; obtaining inverse differential transform coefficients which have passed inverse quantisation by performing inverse quantisation of difference transformation coefficients; determining, based on information on the bypass mode during conversion, the bypass mode during conversion for the current block from among one or more possible bypass modes during conversion; based on the determined bypass mode of the difference unit related to the current unit, by using the inverse quantisation transformation differentials of the current block, wherein if the determined bypass mode is a non-conversion mode, the difference block is obtained by scaling the inverse difference transform coefficients using a predetermined value.
EFFECT: technical result is higher decoding efficiency.
