FIELD: video equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding / decoding technologies. Method of decoding video signal is proposed. Method comprises the step of obtaining difference transform coefficients related to current block from video signal. Further, according to method, inverse quantized transform coefficient is obtained by performing inverse quantization of difference transform coefficients. Determination is made based on information about conversion bypass mode, indicating conversion bypass mode for current block, bypass mode when converting for current block from among one or more possible bypass modes during conversion. In this case, one or more possible traversal by conversion includes at least one of two-dimensional transformation mode, horizontal prediction mode, vertical prediction mode, or non-converted mode, wherein bypass mode information during the conversion is decoded from video signal.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of decoding video signal.
