SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and intended for conducting of lymphatic drainage for subcutaneous oedema treating. Roller device for lymphatic drainage therapy comprises handle, rod, having one end, connected to handle, and roller, installed with possibility of rotation on rod other end. Rod is installed relative to handle with possibility of retraction and can move between extended position and retracted position relative to handle, counteracting to resilient device associated with handle to retain rod in extended position, so, that increase of pressure, acting on roller, leads to rod retraction into handle. Device comprises signalling device, interacting with said rod, installed relative to handle with possibility of retraction, and allowing to display signal to operator, indicating level of pressure during treatment.

EFFECT: invention enables operator to determine therapy duration for each zone or treatment sequence for individual zones.
