SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula I or a physiologically acceptable salt of said compound, where X is a (C1-C6)-alkanediiyloxy group, wherein oxygen atom of (C1-C6)-alkanediiyloxy group is bonded with a group Y; Y represents phenylene, where phenylene, at one or more carbon ring atoms, can optionally be substituted with identical or different substitutes R5; R1 represents hydrogen; R2 and R3 independently denote H or halogen; R5 represents a (C1-C4)-alkyl. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition for activation of EDG-1 receptor, containing at least one compound of formula I or one physiologically acceptable salt of said compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

EFFECT: technical result is derivatives of carboxylic acids with oxazole[4,5-c]pyridine cycle for use as a medicinal agent for EDG-1 receptor activation.
