FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, particularly to production of 1,1-bis[N-(peroxymethyl)-N-arylamino]cycloalkanes of general formula (I), which can be used as preparations having antimalarial activity. Method involves reaction of arylamines (o-toluidine m-, n-chloroaniline, m-, n-fluoroaniline, o-, m-bromoaniline, m-nitroaniline) with formaldehyde and 1,1-dihydroperoxycycloalkanes, where cycloalkane is cyclopentane, cyclohexane, cycloheptane, cyclooctane, in H2O at room temperature and atmospheric pressure for 1–3 hours. Output of 1,1-bis[N-(peroxymethyl)-N-arylamino]cycloalkanes is 73–99 %.
EFFECT: novel method for selective production of 1,1-bis[N-(peroxymethyl)-N-arylamino]cycloalkanes of general formula (I).
