FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to safe and convenient disposable lancets for blood sampling. Lancet contains main part with needle tip, handle and cap. Main part of lancet is fixed inside lancet handle, with needle tip projecting from the first end of lancet handle to obtain possibility of insertion into lancet cap, with lancet cap case representing block-shaped structure, which contains first surface and second surface. Both first surface and second surface are flat and are located opposite each other so that when one surface faces upwardly, the other surface faces downwardly, and angle between them in space constitutes less than 45°; first surface is provided with first dead hole and second surface is provided with second dead hole, with both first dead hole and second dead hole corresponding to first end of lancet handle end with respect to their interconnection. In block-shaped structure, with exception of first surface and second surface, all outer surfaces are curved surfaces, projecting outwards, and/or surfaces of angular section, projecting outwards.
EFFECT: claimed invention is especially suitable for home care, when there are no special conditions for utilisation of sharp objects, as it allows preventing risk of potential contaminated needle sharp tip in the process of introduction of used needle tip into lancet protective cap in convenient and effective way.
