FIELD: image processing devices, data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding and digital images decoding techniques. Disclosed is computer-readable medium having instructions stored on it, which, upon execution by one or more processors, cause said one or more processors to perform operations, associated with reception of set of coefficients encoded using context adaptive binary arithmetic coding (CABAC), from encoder. As well as operations aimed at decoding of said set of coefficients, encoded by means of CABAC, to generate set of coefficients, representing residual block for section, supporting sign data hiding, said set of coefficients includes first non-zero coefficient, which has no sign indication.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of video data compressing due to optimum selection of binary arithmetic coding coefficients.
