Oral pharmaceutical composition contains mixture of coarse antigen, which contains one or more epitopes of HIV proteins Gag and/or Pol, and non-pathogenic recombinant bacterium, selected from group consisting of bacteria Lactobacillus and BCG. Kit for preventing and/or treating HIV-disease in humans is also disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides prevention and/or treatment of HIV-disease in human by capacity of said composition to provide “Ts” anti-HIV immune tolerance, as result specified virus is not able to replicate in host organism.
