FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of high-temperature winding wire intended for use in the impregnated or compounded windings of electric machines, control devices and other electrical engineering products used for operation at high temperatures and ionizing radiation, such as in nuclear reactors. The high-temperature winding wire comprising elements of the insulation materials made based on fibers and bonding medium, and layered conductor comprising a base and a protective sheath, also contains insulation with phosphate binder reinforced with fiber, anti-adhesion layer is located between it and the protective sheath, and anti-diffusion layer is placed between the protective sheath and the base, while the thickness of the anti-adhesion and anti-diffusion layers is greater than twice the maximum value of the interatomic distances of material elements.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in wire service life by improving its thermal stability.
