FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of medicine, particularly, to the area of the oncology and urology, and concerns the selection method of parts of the prostatic gland for a puncture in the case of diagnosis of the prostate cancer. The ultrasound examination of the prostatic gland in B-mode is performed, a volume and structure of the prostatic gland is determined, and measurements and records of dopplerometrical characteristics of a blood flow are made. A probabilistic parameter of an oncological process is defined via the following formulation M=0.06PSA+0.65DPSA+0.17PSV-0.003VolPr+0.04RI-0.05PI-2.67, where M is the probabilistic parameter of an oncological process in each area; PSA is a value of the parameter of a prostatic specific antigen, ng/ml; DPSA is a relative density of the prostatic specific antigen, ng/ml/cm3; PSV is a peak systolic blood velocity, cm/s; VolPr is a volume of the prostatic gland, sm3; RI is a resistance index of vessels; PI is a pulsation index. Additional biopsy injections are performed in the areas with M>0.721.

EFFECT: diagnostics of prostate cancer by means of determination of a value of the specific antigen in blood plasma; calculation of the parameter of the relative density of the prostatic antigen.
