METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INFORMATION TRANSMISSION VIA UPLINK Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC H04W72/04

Abstract RU 2611593 C1

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method and a device for information transmitting via uplink, and the method comprises the following: receiving the information specifying the resource configuration and the first information specifying the subframe configuration sent from the base station, also the information specifying the resource configuration is used to indicate at least one flexible subframe, also the flexible subframe comprises a subframe the direction of which can be changed by configuring the base station at least of one configuration of subframes of uplink-downlink TDD communication for UE, and the first information specifying a subframe configuration used to indicate the direction of the subframe to which at the given moment a flexible sub-frame should be applied; and determination in accordance with the first information specifying the subframe configuration whether to transmit uplink information in the flexible subframe. According to the method for information transmitting via uplink in the embodiments hereof the uplink resource configured by the base station for UE, which supports the ratio of flexible subframes comprises at least one flexible subframe, thus increasing the available uplink resources for UE.

EFFECT: use of uplink resources can be balanced, utilization of uplink resources can be improved, and performance of the system and the user device can be improved.
