FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. After achievement of calculated space velocity of perfusion and perfusion balance in period of the first parallel blood circulation, supply of nitrogen oxide (NO) in dose 40 ppm as substance, possessing organ-protective properties is realised into main line of air and gas mixture. Said NO delivery protocol is preserved for the entire period of performing artificial blood flow to the moment of patient's cooling and achievement of target temperature of core, reduction of space velocity of perfusion to 8-10% and beginning of realisation of retrograde perfusion of brain and circulatory arrest, for the period of performing which NO supply is stopped. After that supply of NO is resumed in dose 40 ppm into contour of extracorporeal circulation from the moment of resuming corporative perfusion and beginning patient's warming. Supply of NO into contour of extracorporeal circulation is stopped in period of the second parallel blood circulation after removal of clamp from aorta and recovery of effective cardiac activity. Time interval from stopping NO supply to transition of patient to natural blood circulation must be not less than 5 minutes.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce number of postoperative complications in patients, operated under conditions of artificial blood circulation and circulatory arrest, and to improve results of cardiosurgical operations.
