FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology, organ protection and cardiosurgery. Gas-air mixture is fed into the extracorporeal circulation circuit; before and after the artificial circulation, an inhalation supply of hydrogen is performed in dose of 1.2 ppm. During extracorporeal circulation, after reaching the calculated perfusion volume rate, nitrogen oxide in dose of 40 ppm and hydrogen in dose of 1.2 ppm are additionally fed into the gas-air mixture supply line and maintaining this gas supply protocol throughout the whole period of artificial circulation. Supply of nitrogen oxide and hydrogen is stopped 5 minutes before the end of artificial circulation.
EFFECT: method increases antioxidant action, manifests itself in inhibiting oxidative reactions and increasing activity of antioxidant enzymes, thereby reducing manifestations of organ damage during artificial circulation.
