FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery, to techniques of anaesthesiological maintenance, artificial blood circulation and intensive therapy at cardiosurgical interventions accompanied by circulatory arrest. NO is delivered immediately after intubation of the patient through the contour of the artificial pulmonary ventilation apparatus with subsequent delivery of NO throughout the artificial blood circulation to the moment of initiating circulatory arrest. For the period of circulatory arrest, delivery of NO is not performed, and the NO supply is resumed from the moment of corporal perfusion resumption and the beginning of the patient's warming up and performed during the entire operation and in the postoperative period within 4 hours after the intervention.
EFFECT: method enables performing organoprotective action of NO by providing therapeutic concentrations of NO and its metabolites in visceral organs before initiating circulatory arrest, reducing the number of postoperative complications in the patients operated under conditions of artificial blood circulation and circulatory arrest, and improving the results of cardiosurgical interventions.
