FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology, cardiovascular surgery, intensive care. During the operation, nitrogen oxide in concentration of 80 ppm is delivered into the artificial pulmonary ventilation circuit immediately after the tracheal intubation. After the onset of artificial circulation before the initiation of the circular arrest, the delivery of nitrogen oxide is stopped and resumed only after the end of the circulatory arrest until the end of the patient’s rewarming and the target body temperature of 36.6 °C. When the patient is weaned from artificial circulation, delivery of nitrogen oxide is continued through the circuit of the artificial pulmonary ventilation apparatus in the specified concentration for 6 hours after the surgery.
EFFECT: invention can be used for prevention of intestinal-associated complications in cardiosurgical operations in conditions of circulatory arrest.
