FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is relevant to the field of shipbuilding, in particular, to underwater vessels, which demolish floe by force of resonance method. The system for demolishing of floe consists of underwater vessel capable to generate resonance bending-and-gravitational waves in the course of ship cruise under ice with resonance speed. Elastic easily-deformed hydrophobic coating fastened with the aid of non-tight connections and stretched along shipboards is mounted on upper ship deck.
EFFECT: aspect of invention is increasing efficiency of ice destruction with the aid of underwater vessel.
