FIELD: vessels and other watercrafts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to icebreaking works. Two underwater ships with resonant speed are moved under safe ice-free fall and distance from each other under ice cover. In order to increase the height of flexural-gravity waves excited at that, deep shipbuilding with its frequency of resonance flexural-gravity waves is increased by a value equal to diameter of front ship hull, and then reduced to initial value.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of efficiency of ice destruction.
