FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly, to the organ transplantation and clinical pathology. The matter of the method: a concentration of PlGF-1 in the blood serum is determined, and at the level of P1GF-1 higher than 5.33 pg/ml, the acute cellular rejection is diagnosticated. The advantage of the invention lies in the provision of simplicity, affordability, and non-invasiveness of the diagnostics, reduction of its duration with simultaneous achievement of the accurate diagnostic screening of the acute cellular rejection either within the early or within the distant post-transplantation periods in recipients of heart, as well as in the improvement of the heart transplantation results, increasing of a recipient survival rate by means of timely determination of indications for unscheduled endomyocardial biopsy, coronary angiography, and revision of a patient surveillance due to the determination of the PlGF-1 concentration level in the blood serum.

EFFECT: method of the patient surveillance after the heart transplantation for the diagnosis of the rejection of a transplanted heart.
