FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: installation includes a desulphurization unit and a raw material converter with a burner located on the feed line, a carbon monoxide converter connected by a supply line of a portion of the prepared water to a water treatment unit, and a hydrogen evolution unit equipped with a purging gas supply line to the burner. The supply line of at least a portion of the prepared water adjoins the feed line, whereupon the heat exchanger for heating the raw material mixture with water vapor and water is placed, connected by a synthesis gas feed line to a feed converter and a carbon monoxide converter which is equipped with feed lines for a portion of the feedstock and output of its mixture with water vapor into the feed line before the heat exchanger. The hydrogen evolution unit is connected by a condensate supply line to a water treatment unit.

EFFECT: increase of hydrogen pressure.
