FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: installation includes a desulphurization unit, a hydrocarbon feed converter equipped with a burner with an off-gas feed line from the hydrogen evolution unit connected by a synthesis gas feed line to a carbon monoxide converter equipped with feed lines for the prepared water and hydrogen-containing gas outlet. Herewith the desulphurization unit is equipped with adsorbers with a regenerated adsorbent, feed lines of a part of the purified raw material and an outlet of the regeneration gas to the burner and is connected to the carbon monoxide converter by the feed line of the purified raw material as a refrigerant equipped with a heater. The converters are connected by a raw material feed line, on which a recuperation unit is mounted, connected to the water treatment unit by a purge water outlet line and equipped with synthesis gas inlet/outlet lines, and the hydrogen evolution unit is connected to the water treatment unit by a water condensate feed line.
EFFECT: reduced operating costs and metal consumption of the installation.
