FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for producing hydrogen by steam-air conversion of hydrocarbons. Plant comprises a steam-air reforming unit 1 equipped with a line for introducing a heated mixture of air and water, as well as lines for introducing a heated mixture of hydrocarbon feedstock, water, water condensate and hydrogen-bearing gas output, on which a recovery heat exchanger 5 is installed. While on removal line of hydrogen gas hydrogen selected box 2 is placed, which is equipped with a removal line of hydrogen and removal line of purge gas, on which is placed oxidation site 3 with air supply line and an exhaust gas removal line with a heat exchanger for heating mixture of air and water 6, moreover, hydrogen extraction unit 2 is equipped with a water condensate supply line, and water supply lines are adjacent to water treatment unit 4, equipped with a water supply line. In addition, the plant is equipped with an electric generator 9 with a gas turbine unit, turbine 7 of which is located on exhaust gas removal line, and compressor 8 is equipped with air input lines and a compressed air supply line to oxidation unit 3 and to input line for heated mixture of air and water.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase energy efficiency.
