FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for recovering hydrogen by steam reforming of hydrocarbons. Recovery plant includes an adsorption desulfurization unit with a regenerable adsorbent, equipped with a regeneration gas supply line, a reformer, a carbon monoxide converter connected to the reformer with a synthesis gas supply line, with a hydrogen recovery unit – a line of hydrogen-containing gas, and with an adsorption desulfurization unit; and with a reformer – a supply line of purified raw materials on which a heater is installed. At the same time, the hydrogen recovery unit is equipped with lines for supplying exhaust gas and hydrogen output, and is connected by a water supply line to a water treatment unit equipped with water supply lines and deionized water. In addition, the plant is also equipped with gas turbine unit, including compressor with air supply line, connected through the compressed air supply line to combustion chamber, which is connected through the combustion products supply line to a turbine equipped with a exhaust gas discharge line with a heater, as well as an electric generator that generates electricity for electric drives of devices for feeding process streams. At the same time, on the supply line of the second part of compressed air there is a partial oxidation reactor installed with supply lines for exhaust gas and regeneration gas as raw materials, equipped with an oxidation products supply line to the combustion chamber, where the reformer is located, and on the compressed air supply line there is a branch for supplying the third part of compressed air to the pneumatic actuators of the devices for feeding process streams.
EFFECT: technical result is to exclude third-party electricity consumption.
