SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to predict the intraocular pressure (IOP) level for patients with ocular manifestations of pseudoexfoliative syndrome (PES). The patient's age is determined (AGE, years). Presence of stroke (INSULT), atherosclerosis (ATERO), thrombosis (TROMBOZ), heart failure (HF), light-colored iris (SVRAD) is determined. IOP level is determined 1-5 days after surgery (P1, mm Hg) and 3 weeks after surgery (P2 mm Hg). INSULT, ATERO, TROMBOZ, CH, SVRAD indicators are evaluated as "1 point" if present, and "0 points" if absent. The predicted level of IOP is calculated 3 months after cataract phacoemulsification (P) by the stated formula.

EFFECT: method can accurately and reliably predict the level of IOP 3 months after phacoemulsification due to a complex assessment of the most significant indicators.
