SUBSTANCE: according to the invention the fuel injection to the engine is adjucted based on the alcoholic concentration of the fuel, identified by the acceleration of the crankshaft. The acceleration of the crankshaft is produced by modulating air/fuel ratio in the selected cylinder or in all cylinders of the engine comprised between lean, rich and stoichiometric air/fuel ratio along with the retention of the engine in stoichiometry.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
