FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves daily intraperitoneal injection of gentamicin at a dose of 20 mg/kg for 5 days to white Wistar male rats. Thereafter, LPS Escherichia coli serotype O55:B5 is administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 1 mg kg once in 7 days for two weeks. Then a break is made in pharmacological agents administration for 7 days. Thereafter, endothelial NO-synthase inhibitor L-nitroarginine methylester is administered daily intraperitoneally at a dose of 25 mg/kg for 7 days.
EFFECT: method provides simulation of several interrelated endothelial dysfunction pathogenesis links to approximate the model to the human body processes in the asymptomatic phase of dysfunction in case of comorbid pathology.
