SUBSTANCE: method for pluripotent stem cells (PSC) differentiation into vascular bed cells. The pluripotent stem cells are taken to provide a monolayer of pluripotent stem cells in a medium for pluripotency. The cells are incubated for 2-4 days in a priming medium supplemented with low molecular compound which activates beta-catenin and/or signaling pathway Wnt, and/or signaling pathway hedgehog (HH) selected from the group of low-molecular inhibitors of glycogen synthase kinase 3 (Gsk3a-b), low-molecular inhibitors of CDC-like kinase 1 (Clk1-2-4), low-molecular inhibitors of mitogen-activated protein kinase 15 (Mapk15), low-molecular inhibitors of dual specificity kinase regulated by phosphorylation of tyrosine (Y) (Dyrk1a-b 4), low-molecular inhibitors of cyclin dependent kinase 16 (Pctk1-3 4), activators and modulators Smoothened (SMO) of interaction between β-catenin (or γ-catenin), and co-activating SVR proteins (CREB binding protein) and p300 (E1A binding p300 protein). Differentiation is induced by these primed cells incubation in inducing medium.
