SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for obtaining of a cell population where more than 85% of cells express markers characteristic for the formed endoderm line. This population of cells is obtained by differentiation of the population of human embryonic stem cells of H1 line. Differentiation takes place in a serum-free medium with addition of: (a) BSA, (b) or (i) GDF-8 and 14-prop-2-en-1-yl-3,5,7,14,17,23,27- heptaazotetracyclo [19.3.1.1~2.6~.1~8,12~]heptacose-1(25),2(27),3,5,8(26),9,11,21,23-nonane-16-one, or (ii) activin A and Wnt ligand; and (c) a factor selected from insulin and IGF-1.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of embryonic stem cells differentiation.
