FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in the hybrid operating room, the transposition of the 1st segment of the vertebral artery to the common carotid artery with the resection of the "excessive" artery wall with stenosis is performed at the first stage. The second stage, through transfemoral access, is conducted through the common carotid artery into the newly formed mouth of the vertebral artery of the X-ray instrument and performs angioplasty and stenting of the 4 segments of the vertebral and main arteries.
EFFECT: method allows performing adequate revascularization of the multilevel lesion.
