FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: microcontact for the photodetector hybrid microcircuit comprises two metal contact pads and, between them, a contact element with a predetermined area S0 of the cross section. The contact element is made of a plurality of thin electrically conductive joints attached at the ends to two metal pads, the total cross-sectional area of the entire plurality of thin electrically conductive connections forming the contact member also being an S0, but the area S1 of the cross section of each thin electrically conductive compound is not less than 104 times less than the total area S0 of the cross section of the entire plurality of thin electrically conductive joints forming the contact element, and the aspect ratio of one thin electrically conductive compound is from 103 to 104. Metal contact pads are made on the first and second semiconductor crystals with different coefficients of thermal expansion.
EFFECT: increase of resistance of contact elements to thermocycling.
