SUBSTANCE: device for measuring the effective scattering surface of radar objects in the far antenna zone contains a radar with a receiving and transmitting non-phase antenna and a device for fixing the object in the far antenna zone. Moreover, the lag of the field phases at the edges of the non-phase antenna aperture with respect to the field phase at its center is within 3÷4 radians.

EFFECT: reducing the range and dimensions of the device is 1,5-2 times and the RI radar sensitivity of the device is increased by 7-13 dB.
