SUBSTANCE: video decoding method includes: obtaining the difference samples of the current block and the reference image index; obtaining the spatial vector-candidate for moving in the neighbouring block in the space relative to the current block; ranging the related image corresponding to the temporary vector-candidate for moving the current block, based on the reference image index; obtaining the temporary vector-candidate for moving in the associated block. The associated block is included in the associated image; generate a list of candidate move vectors containing the spatial vector displacement and temporary candidate vector displacement; definition of a motion vector predictor from a list of vectors-candidates move and index of the current block candidate, candidate index indicates one of the vectors move candidates contained in the list of candidate vector displacement; obtaining samples of the current block prediction using motion vector predictor; the current block and reverse engineering using samples of predictions and differential current block samples.
EFFECT: efficient video decoding.
