FIELD: image processing means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image processing devices. Such a result is achieved by the fact that a method comprises the steps of: obtaining difference samples of a current block; selection of a reference image for the current block; determination of the reference block in the reference image; formation of reference samples in the reference block, with he formation of reference samples including the determination of the first sub-sample; and the determination of the second sub-sample; obtaining the samples of prediction of the current block by using reference samples; recreation of the current block by using difference samples and prediction samples; and applying an unblocking filter to the restored current block.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of efficiency of video data encoding and decoding.
