FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: laser two-dimensional triangulating sensor for measuring small-diameter holes contains a sensor housing that is cylindrical and consists of two coaxial cylindrical butt-end sections. Cylindrical parts of the housing are made of different diameters; in the cavity of a larger diameter cylindrical part of the sensor housing, there is an optical sensor circuit consisting of a laser emitter, an electronic printed-circuit board with a mounted CMOS matrix fixed at an angle to the electronic printed-circuit board of the focusing lens. A larger hole with a diameter larger than the cylindrical part of the housing is fitted with a protective glass. The power supply and calculation is located in the cavity of the smaller diameter of the cylindrical part of the housing. A hole is made in the aligned ends of both parts of the housing, that connects the cavities of both parts of the housing; power wires, laser and matrix operation modes control, and data transmission wires from the matrix to the computing unit are laid in a mentioned hole. The sensor additionally comprises a cylindrical bracket coaxial with the second end of the smaller diameter cylindrical housing portion, with the power supply and calculating wires and the communication wires connected to the electronic computing machine in the bracket.
EFFECT: increase the speed of reading data, increase the accuracy of scanning, reduce the error in scanning.
