FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: briquetted charge for manufacture of mineral fiber, containing fine-grained waste processing granite by crushing fraction less 0.16 mm with a silica content of less than 60%, fine waste of processing of dolomite to a particle size of less than 0.315 mm and binder, as binder contains bentonite with the following ratio of components, wt %: waste from granite processing 70-76, processing waste of dolomite 20-25, bentonite remaining. The invention is developed in subclaims.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of briquettes while increasing the acidity modulus of the melt charge, which increases the resistance of mineral wool during its operation.
