FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to orthopedic devices. Device comprises mounting unit, located on orthopedic tool, for insertion of implants and having connection sections; and one or more supports, corresponding to one or more anatomic marks, each support is jointed with mounting unit at one of said connection sections and can be transferred in preset configuration in relation to said tool so, that actuation of specified configuration said support passes towards longitudinal axis and aligns mounting unit along specified axis of implant, wherein supports are made retractable in relation to mounting unit; and extending mechanism, activation of which causes extension of retraced supports.
EFFECT: use of invention provides less invasive introduction of cotyloid cup.
