SUBSTANCE: streaming system is proposed on request of blocks for streaming with a low multimedia presentation delay. According to the encoding protocol, a plurality of multimedia segments is formed, where each media segment includes a random access point. In accordance with the same protocol, a plurality of multimedia fragments is coded, and the multimedia segments are aggregated from a plurality of media fragments.
EFFECT: streamlining the presentation of streaming media and providing efficient simultaneous or time-shared streaming of multimedia data.
