FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: large-sized three-dimensional objects from foam plastic are assembled layer by layer. For manufacturing the layers, a layered cross-section of the virtual model of the object to be manufactured is carried out. By means of the obtained sections with the identification marks applied on them, stencils are made, which, in accordance with the identification markers, are fixed on the surfaces of the foam plastic sheets. The layers of which the object to be manufactured is assembled are cut out by the stencil contours.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of reproducing the form of the breadboarded virtual model when manufacturing large-sized three-dimensional objects from foam plastic due to more accurate reproduction of individual layers of the object to be manufactured.
