The working table is made with the horizontal positioning drive, connected to the control system with the ability to correct the spatial position of the working table from the laser triangulation scanner data, and has the peripheral part for forming the beam path from the laser emitter to the chamber, made of the material with the given reflection coefficient. The need to use the hand measuring systems is excluded.
