FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: grain is cleaned from admixtures, moistened, softened, roasted. After roasting, the grain is ground in a roller machine. At the same time, the grain is moistened up to 16-20%, the softening is carried out for 12-16 hours, and roasted at the temperature of 210-220°C.
EFFECT: method allows to shorten the technological process duration.
