SUBSTANCE: method of producing silicon-substituted hydroxyapatite, including the synthesis of silicon-substituted hydroxyapatite by precipitation from aqueous solution of reagents containing orthophosphoric acid, calcium hydroxide and tetraethylorthosilicate, settling, precipitation, drying and heat treatment of the precipitate, characterised in that the heat treatment of the precipitate is carried out at the temperature of 200-250°C for 2-3 hours, then it is cooled for 1-2 hours, ground for 15 minutes and fractionation up to 90 mcm is carried out.

EFFECT: increasing the adhesion and bioactivity through the use of silicon-substituted hydroxyapatite.
