SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and is applicable in treating patients with partial tooth loss in the anterior jaw using dental implants. Method includes restoration of a dental alveolar complex of an alveolar process with single-stage dental implantation by removal of a tooth and pathological tissues, formation of a bone bed in a socket of a tooth deep into the alveolar process with single-stage installation of a dental implant with further temporary prosthetics. Before installing the dental implant, the vestibular bone wall of the alveolar bone is reconstructed by placing a bone autograft taken from an upper tuberosity, placed after taking into a physiological solution and adapted to formed bone bed, between walls of tooth socket with further simultaneous temporary prosthesis.

EFFECT: method, due to the possibility of recovering the vestibular bone wall with a bone autograft taken from an upper tuberosus, and the possibility of a one-time temporary prosthesis enables increasing the volume of soft tissues, reducing the length of treatment and rehabilitation of the patients.
